If the payment is made for the orders you have given to our company, they will be delivered to the address you specified within 5 working days at the latest, according to the product stocks.


You, our valued customers, will be informed via e-mail from the moment the product is shipped.


In addition, orders that have not been paid within 5 working days will be cancelled.


If you have a problem with the product you purchased that cannot be resolved by technical support or sales personnel, you can request a product return. As a first step please fill out the product return form.


After you fill out this form completely, you, our valued customer, will be answered as soon as possible.

Return the products in their original packaging. Product return requests for products damaged by insufficient packaging may result in negative results. Please use outer protective box to avoid damage during transportation.
